Industrial Microwave Batch Ovens

Production Engineering Industrial Microwave Batch Ovens, or Industrial Microwave Dryers, are built in a large variety of shapes and sizes according to the specific application. Industrial microwave ovens are fabricated out of aluminum for drying and heating industrial products or stainless steel for food applications. With a uniform load distribution within the oven, a multimode cavity develops a uniform heat distribution throughout the entire Microwave Batch Oven.

Air intake and exhaust ports are provided for circulating air to be used where vapors or fumes are developed during the heating process.

To assure uniform heat distribution in a large variety of load configurations, each oven is provided with a Waveguide Splitter with dual Microwave feed points and Mode Stirrer.

COMMON USES:

Laboratory research • Drying • Curing • Heating • Cooking • Thawing

APPLICATIONS:

Ceramics • Catalysts • Vulcanizing • Composites • Bulk fibrous components • Sand cores • General drying & heating of electrically non-conductive materials • Research & development

INDUSTRIAL MICROWAVE BATCH OVEN AVAILABLE OPTIONS

  • Auxiliary Hot Air System using electric heat to preheat the circulating air throughout the cavity.
  • Oscillating turntable that rotates the product while traveling vertically through the microwave field for even heat distribution throughout the product.
  • Temperature Port allows the user to install an infrared or fiber optic temperature probe or similar devices to monitor the heating process. Output from these devices can be used to control the Microwave Power input into the o
